How do I order?

For first time shoppers there is no need to register an account. You can shop as a guest.

Can I return an item?

We at Daveenah maintain a return policy for goods received within 15days of delivery. If 15days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Goods must be in perfect condition; unused, unwashed and all tags properly in place. Goods returned are exchanged for store credits only .

Why might my card be refused?

Your credit card may be refused for any of the following reasons:

Is it safe for me to use my card on this website?

Yes, the data is transmitted SSL-encrypted. For payments with Visa and Mastercard only SET transactions (secure electronic transactions) are accepted. After verifying that the card is included in the SET system, the system will contact the card-issuing bank to enable the buyer to authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the payment will be charged to the card. Otherwise the order will be cancelled.
