PLACING AN ORDER
When you’re done shopping, click “Checkout” to place your order. All of the items in your shopping bag appear in your order during checkout. If you don’t want to order all of the items, simply edit your shopping bag. During checkout, you will be asked to provide:
•Your e-mail address and, if you already have an account with us, your password, for security purposes;
•The address you want to ship to;
•Your preferred shipping method;
•Any gift options.
•Your card type, number and expiration date; and
•Any promotional codes you have received.
You will have a chance to verify the information during checkout, if no changes are necessary proceed to “Place Order”. You will also receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received within approximately 24 hours. We will send you another e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped and that we’ve charged your credit card.

Multiple Shipping Addresses
You can only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, you will need to place each order separately.

Promo Codes and How to Use Them
Occasionally when you receive a special offer from us, you will also receive a promotional code to use. This code lets us know that the special offer should be applied to your order.
Using the code is easy:
- Just shop and check out as you normally would.
- When you get to checkout, enter your promotional code in the space provided.
- Once you have entered the promotional code and clicked “Apply” you will see a message confirming that the promotional code has been applied to your order.
In some cases you can enter more than one promotional code for an order.
- Enter the first promotional code, and click “Apply”.
- Next enter the second promotional code and click “Apply”.
- Complete your checkout process.
- Not all promotions can be combined. If you enter promotional codes that cannot be combined, we will apply the one that has the biggest benefit to you, and you can apply the unused promotional code to a different order.
Tax charges are based on applicable federal, provincial and harmonized sales tax rates based on the delivery address associated with your order. Where required, sales tax will also be applied to the shipping and handling charges. If you return an item for a refund, you will also receive a refund for the sales tax you paid for that item. You will not receive a refund for the sales tax you paid on the shipping and handling of that item, as the shipping and handling charges are non-refundable once an item has been shipped. If you order has a pre-order item all the items will ship together on the dispatch day of the pre-order item. If you wish to split up the order, there will be an additional shipping cost

If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-3 days because packages may be delayed.

All shipments crossing international borders are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country’s government. We have no control over these charges as they vary between countries. They are your responsibility.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We do not provide return shipping labels. A handling fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an “un-deliverable” or incomplete address.
ORDER STATUS AND TRACKING
You’ll receive two emails after you place your order and provide us with a valid email address:
- The first confirms that your order was received. This email will arrive within about 24 hours.
- The second confirms that your order was shipped from our warehouse.
Change in Your Order Status
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we don’t have an item that you have ordered in stock, we’ll notify you by email immediately.
Sometimes, an item is out of stock and not expected to come back in stock, so we must cancel the item. In this case, we will not charge you for the item or any taxes, shipping or handling charges.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
If you’d like to cancel or change your order, please call 1-416-985-5323 as soon as possible. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request. But please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. Please refer to our returns policy for information on returning or exchanging items you have ordered.
Please note: If you cancel an item that qualified you for a promotion or special deal, you may no longer receive that discount or promotion.

What items are eligible to be returned or exchanged?
Items must be in their original condition: unwashed and unworn. Items not in this condition will not be accepted.
Items which are damaged or defective may be returned at any time.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Is the shipping fee charged for exchanges?
Yes, you are responsible for paying the shipping costs for any exchanges. However, in the event of a return due to an error on our part, we would refund the shipping costs.
How long do I have to return or exchange an item I bought online?
Our returns/exchange policy lasts 60 days after delivery date, If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t approve a return request.
How can I receive a refund for my order?
We unfortunately do not offer refunds currently. We will issue you a store credit once we’ve received your return, please allow 7 business to process your return and issue the store credit.
You’ll be able to use this to order another item and it does not expire.
I received an item as a gift. How can I receive a refund?
Gifts returned with gift receipt (invoice) will receive a gift card in the amount of the purchase price. Gifts returned without gift receipt (invoice) will receive a merchandise certificate in the amount of the current selling price.

Online Order Information

Tariyike’s service providers
Tariyike uses third parties to provide services to you or us. This includes managing customer information; fulfilling promotions; sending marketing communications; conducting surveys; hosting websites; analyzing data; processing payments; fulfilling and shipping orders; or providing network security, accounting, auditing, and other services. We do not authorize these service providers to use or disclose your information for purposes other than why we have retained them.
Third party partners
You may share information with other companies when we work with them to promote our products, services, offers, contests, or other promotions to our customers.
Script or Loyalty Programs
If you participate in third party scrip, loyalty, or similar programs that a Tariyike also participates in, we will share your information with them to facilitate the program. This may include sending your purchase information to credit card processors, so part of your purchase may be donated to participating schools or other non-profit organizations. If you participate in loyalty programs, we may send your information to the vendor administering the program. This information may include your name, email, credit card number, your purchase history, and other information you have provided to us through the program.
Payment card issuers
In certain countries, we may provide you with the opportunity to apply for an offer of credit from a payment card issuer. To create a more convenient application process, we may provide information from your customer account to a payment card issuer in order to generate a pre-approved credit offer or pre-populate your online credit card application with information from your customer account. By submitting a credit card application either in store or online, you acknowledge and agree that Tariyike may provide your information to the payment card issuer in accordance with the terms and conditions of the application. To fulfill legal obligations and with government agencies
We may share information about you if necessary or appropriate, in our good faith judgment, to comply with laws or regulations, or in response to a valid subpoena, order, or government request, or to protect the operations, privacy, safety, property or rights of Tariyike or others.
During a sale or business transaction
In the event of any potential or actual reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, assets, or stock (including in connection with any bankruptcy or similar proceedings), your personal information may be shared with third parties such as the acquiring entity and its advisors.
8. How we Store and Secure Your Information
8.1 Where We Store Information.
Tariyike is a global company with a global footprint, but the Personal Information that we collect is stored in Canada. Your personal information may be subject to the laws of the countries in which it is stored or used. By providing us with any personal information, you understand that your information may be transferred, processed, or stored outside of your country of residence, including Canada, which may have a different data protection regime from the country in which you reside. In certain circumstances, courts, law enforcement agencies, regulatory agencies, or security authorities in those other countries may be entitled to access your personal information.
European Union Data Transfers
For transfers from the European Economic Area or EEA to countries not considered adequate by the European Commission (the full list of countries deemed adequate by the European Economic Area is available here), we have put in place adequate measures, such as standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission to protect your personal information. 8.2. Information Retention.
We will retain your personal information for as long as needed to provide the service to you (for example, as long as you have an online account with us) or as needed to fulfill our own obligations, such as preventing fraud, meeting regulatory requirements, resolving disputes, improving our services or maintaining security, and in each case, as consistent with applicable law. We do our best to provide you with a safe and convenient shopping experience. We have put in place a wide variety of technical and organizational security measures to help protect you and the personal information we collect about you. Please note that we will never email you asking for account information like your username, date of birth, credit card information, or other personal information. Finally, we will never email you with attachments that can be opened. If you received a suspicious email that appears to be from us, please contact us.

We are not responsible for, and this policy does not address, the privacy practices of other third parties, such as Facebook, Apple, Google, Microsoft, or any other app developers, social media platforms, operating system providers, wireless or telecommunications service providers, or device manufacturers. The inclusion of a link on our services does not imply an endorsement of the linked sites or services by us.
8.5 Sensitive Information.
Unless we request it, we ask that you not send us, and you not disclose, any sensitive personal information (e.g., social security numbers, information related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion or other beliefs, health, biometrics or genetic characteristics, criminal background, or trade union membership) on or through our services or otherwise to us.
